The temperature chamber suitable for examining the ability of the
whole machine, components, parts and other components to
withstand sharp changes in temperature. The temperature impact test
can understand the impact of the test sample once orrepeatedly
due to temperature changes. The main parameters affecting the temperature
change test are the high and low temperature values in the range of temperature change, the holding
time of the sample at high and low temperature, and the number of
cycles of the test, etc.
The temperature chamber is used for testing non-heat dissipation
test samples and low heat dissipation test samples. For the test of heat dissipation test samples, the heat dissipation power
should not exceed the temperature control cooling capacity of the refrigeration system
of the thermal shock temperature chamber, otherwise it will affect
the temperature conversion speed and capacity of the test chamber. It
is recommended that the heat dissipation of the test samples be
less than 300W.
