Application:
This Sand Dust Chamber is suitable for the dust-proof test of power
supply, lamps, motors and other products. The time of blowing dust and stopping blowing dust can be set. The total running times can be set, vibration and stop vibration time can also be set, the test temperature can be set according to the requirements. In line with GB4208-2008/IEC60529:2001 and other related standards.

Operation Instructions:
- Plug in the power cable first and turn on the main power switch.
There is caller id on the operation panel.
- Put the specimen in the test area of the sand dust chamber. If the negative pressure test is required, the specimen needs to
be drilled and connected with the vacuum pump connecting head with
a pipe.Close the door and set the parameters.
Working Principle:
- The temperature control of the sand dust chamber testing is based
on the balance temperature control system. The dry bulb temperature
measurement signal is converted into the temperature controller by
A/D, and the temperature controller outputs the instruction to
drive I/O through internal comparison operation, so that the air
supply system, refrigeration dehumidification system and heating
system work.
- The main brain controller combines the cooling capacity output of
the refrigeration dehumidification system, and controls the heating
system to generate the corresponding heat output through THE PID
algorithm. The cold and heat are evenly distributed through the air
supply system to the test chamber, so that the cooling heat loss of
the set test temperature can be compensated continuously so as to
achieve the constant temperature control.
- On the premise of balanced temperature control, at the same time
through the circulating air duct of the air transport system, the
quantitative ratio of dust is balanced and disturbed circulation,
so as to achieve a controllable simulated temperature, humidity and
dust test environment.
Matters needing attention
- The sand and dust should not be added too much at a time, otherwise
it may block the circulating air duct. (Usually no more than 2 kg.)
- Do not open the door immediately at the end of the work, otherwise
too much sand and dust run out of the test chamber.
- When recycling sand and dust, first pull out the separator to make
the sand and dust fall into the recycling bucket.
- No use of the equipment for a period of time, to check whether the
sand and dust is clumped, to determine whether to replace the sand
and dust.
- Please turn off the power when not in use.
