Faster Change Thermal Shock Test Chamber Rapid Change Chamber
The Thermal shock test chamber suitable for examining the ability
of the whole machine, components, parts and other components to withstand sharp changes in
temperature. The temperature impact test can understand the impact of the test sample once or repeatedly due to temperature changes. The main parameters affecting the temperature change test are the
high and low temperature values in the range of temperature change, the holding time of the sample
at high and low temperature, and the number of cycles of the test, etc.
The Thermal shock test chamber is used for testing non-heat dissipation test samples and low heat
dissipation test samples. For the test of heat dissipation test
samples, the heat dissipation power should not exceed the temperature control cooling capacity of the refrigeration
system of the Thermal shock test chamber, otherwise it will affect the temperature conversion speed and capacity of the
test chamber. It is recommended that the heat dissipation of the test samples be less than 300W.

Structure:
- The upper part is preheating tank (with Thermal shock test chamber door), the lower part is precooling tank, the working room is mobile metal pod between preheating tank
and precooling tank,the rear part is electric control cabinet and refrigeration unit,
and the main control interface is located in front of the test chamber door. The gate is opened in the width direction, and each slot area is equipped with independent circulating air duct
system: wind motor, centrifugal
The structural strength:
- Bearing capacity of Thermal shock test chamber bottom plate: ≤40kg (uniform load)
- Thermal shock test chamber sample frame bearing capacity: ≤20Kg (uniform load)
- The total weight of the Thermal shock test chamber (bottom plate and sample rack) shall not exceed 50kg
The chamber door:
- Single hinged door, hinged on the left side of the test chamber
(facing the test chamber)
- Door size: 650×410 mm (WIDTH × height), door frame two silicone
rubber sealing strip and anti-condensation electric heating device
