Laboratory Solar Simulation Chamber Accelerated Weathering
Resistance Testing
The solar simulation chamber can be used to evaluate the ability of
equipment directly exposed to solar radiation in hot season to
withstand the thermal effect or photochemical effect produced by
solar radiation.
The solar simulation chamber can test the heat dissipation test
samples and non-heat dissipation test samples. For the test of heat dissipation test sample, the
heat dissipation power can not exceed the cooling capacity of the refrigeration system of the test
chamber, because the control of temperature and humidity is a dynamic balance process, in different temperature
and humidity points, the cooling capacity of the refrigeration system is also accompanied by
changes.
Load Condition:
- The volume of the solar simulation test chamber shall be at least
10 times the volume of the test sample
- The light source in the solar simulation test chambe is at least
0.76m away from any surfaceof the test sample
- Test chamber sample surface and test room any of the inner wall
surface distance is not less than 0.3m, the test sample should be placed to ensure that the
airflow is not blocked and shielded each other.
