Description
ZD series self-balancing multistage ring section centrifugal mining
water pump is a innovative product which designed to remove the
mechanical balance drum, balance disc, balance socket and related
parts, and achieve the balancing function by reverse circulation
water pipe.
The external bypass pipe at the outside of the pump is designed for
water re-flushing, it will make the water flowing directly into the
end of the pump from the suction side, and then return to the
discharge section at the middle of the pump, the axial force will
be balanced by water flowing from both sides of the discharge
section.
It will balance the axial thrust caused by the high pressure
impeller from both sides and escape the mechanical wears out as
well as overloaded axial force of the traditional multistage pump,
and ensure the stability and endurability of the pumpset.
