Description
ZD self-balancing multistage ring section centrifugal water pump is
a horizontal installed single suction multistage centrifugal pump
designed by comply with API610 standard, with advantages of high
efficiency, wide performance, steady & safety operation, low
noise, long working life, easy installation etc. It can transport
the medium with solid particles (the particle size should me less
than 1/4 of the impeller channel), and the pump can handling clean
water, hot water, boiler feed water, corrosive liquids, oils, and
abrasive medium by use different materials of construction, seal
type, and external seal flushing plans.
It can deliver the clean water, sewage water, corrosive liquid, hot water, seal water and oil liquid by selecting different mater of flow passage parts. It is widely applied to industrial water supply and discharge, high building water supply, fire fighting applications, mining water discharge, long distance water transmit, and boiler water feeding, etc.

ZD series self-balancing multistage ring section centrifugal water
pump is designed to remove the mechanical balance drum, balance
disc, balance socket and similar part, but achieve the balancing
function by reverse circulation water pipe. Such external bypass
piping is designed for water flowing into the end of the pump from
the suction side, and then reversely flow back to the discharge
section in the middle, which makes the water flowing from both
sides of the discharge section. It will balance the axial thrust
caused by the high pressure impeller from both sides and escape the
mechanical wears out as well as overloaded axial force of the
traditional multistage pump, and ensure the stability and
endurability of the pumpset.
