Human body will in direct contact with the high-voltage live parts
when equal potential working. There will be dangerous current flows
in the high-voltage electric field, endangering safety of human
body. By wearing a full set of shielding clothing (equipotential
voltage-sharing clothing) can guarantee the personal safety of
staff. Parts of the clothing are securely connected by convenient
movable joints to form a good conductive system, these components
are connected with the connector, that is, coat, gloves and pants
connection, pants, socks and shoes connection, so that the human
body and high voltage equipment environment becomes to
equipotential, using this principle, play the role of shielding;

Features & Introduction:

anti-bacterial, deodorant, high pressure screen performances;

retardant aramid fiber and metal fiber has good conductive
property, folding, strong elasticity and corrosion resistance;

Precautions:
◆Should follow the corresponding safety rules and regulations. it
is strictly forbidden to short circuit the grounding current,
no-load circuit and the capacitive current of the coupling
capacitor through screen clothing;
◆Multi-strand metal cables, which in clothing, cap, gloves, socks,
shoes and other parts, must be connected in order when worn, but
not in direct contact with the skin. Should wear underwear, but no
synthetic fabric, to prevent arc sparks melting, adhesion to the
skin and expand the burn area, aggravating injury;
◆Besides the regular preventive experiments, screen clothing needs
a visual inspection about the reliability of every connector before
live working, and an on-site measurement of the resistance of the
whole garment by multimeter after wearing. Tests mentioned should
be qualified before clothing using;
◆For broken and damaged screen clothing, screening efficiency test
should be carried out, and forbidden to use it if it doesn’t meet
the standard requirements;
◆Only wear when working at equipotential or near high voltage to
prevent induced voltage;
◆Screen clothing should be properly storage, and dedicated in
general. Should be put in packing bag/carton after folding, and
stored in a live working warehouse;
◆Since conductive materials in conductive fabrics will be oxidized
in the air, the screen clothing must be packaged so that it will
not be oxidized after long-term storage.
