1. Introduction of TPU Hot Melt Adhesive Film

2. Introduction of TPU film composite production equipment

(1) TPU film compound production equipment is also called extrusion compound machine, casting machine, extrusion casting machine, casting compound machine. Our machine has the advantages of high degree of automation, easy operation, high production speed, uniform coating thickness, high adhesion fastness, smooth coiling, environmental protection and pollution-free, saving labor and raw material costs, etc. It has matured in Europe and America, and gradually developed in China. (2) The TPU composite extrusion production equipment is using extrusion casting molding method: plastic particles are plasticized by a screw and then extruded linearly from a flat die, and then attached to paper, film, non-woven fabric, or woven which are flexible substrates after stretching. After cooled, shaped and pressed into a composite material The TPU composite film now is combined with the barrier properties and heat sealability of the plastic film layer, the strength and toughness of the substrate, and the functional characteristics. At present, this production line can realize one machine with dual purposes, that is, it can be made of pure TPU film, or it can be used as a TPU film composite substrate, which can achieve high-speed coating composite, which can reach 100m/min.
