I. Introduction of PVB Film Production Line and PVB Building

- Coating thickness, 0.01-0.2mm.
- Unwinder device use magnetic powder brake.
- Rewinder device use magnetic powder clutch rewind.
- Max. speed: 2-30m/min or adjust.
- Coating precision 4%.
- Control method: PLC touch screen concentrate control.
- Adhesive: thermoplastic material.
- Max.temperature: 230℃.
- Extrusion coating roller use silica gel roller or steel roller
according product adhesive surface request.
- Unwinder automatic guiding device, constant tension control.
- Generator roller use import silica gel roller. Some transfer roller
will use anti-stick roller(according product request).
- Install with guiding device.
- Extrusion device screw size according equipmentrequest, T-DIE head
high grade precision special steel, extrusion device install front
back electric moving system. Cooling water recycle device at screw
feed port.
- Cooling water recycle control system, die head transfer hot oil
temperature control system. Steel roller heating transfer hot oil
control system.

III. Types of PVB Building Automobile Glass Cast Film Extrusion
Line
PVB Building Automobile Glass Cast Film Extrusion Line is divided
into two kinds. One is a dry process, also called roll method of
the process, through the stretch film extrusion, cooling
stereotypes winding in the air. The other is a wet process, also
called water craft, stretch film extrusion of film through tank
cooling stereotypes, blow dry after winding. There are a lot of
equipment differences between two kinds of process , and their
prices is also very different. The main machine can adopt single
screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder according to
different needs and raw materials. Please consult the sales
engineer for details. PVB glass film production line is the core
technology of Gwell.
