1, Description
PFW Impact crusher is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, cement,
chemical industry, refractory materials ceramics and other
industrial sectors, in highway construction, water conservancy
engineering, construction gravel, made sand processing and so on
2, Product advantages
1. The machine has a large crushing ratio and high crushing
efficiency. The rotor has a large moment of inertia and low energy
consumption. The use of high chromium plate hammers is resistant to
impact and abrasion, effectively extending the service life of
wearing parts.
2. The machine structure is simple, mainly composed of a casing, a
rotor and a counterattack plate. Through the lifting device, the
frame can be quickly opened to perform parts replacement and
maintenance operations on the machine; the rotor and the main shaft
are connected by an expansion sleeve without a key, which is
convenient for maintenance, economical and reliable.
3. The top of the machine is equipped with a discharge port
adjustment device, which can easily and quickly adjust the gap
between the impact plate and the hammer to control the discharge
size; the finished product has a cubic shape, no tension cracks,
and a good grain shape, which meets the grade standards of various
sand and gravel.

4, Working principle
This series of products use impact energy to crush materials. When
working, the rotor is driven by the motor to rotate at a high
speed. The material entering from the feed inlet collides with the
blower on the rotor, and is broken by the high-speed impact of the
blower; the broken material is hit back to the lining board and
broken again; Finally, it is discharged from the discharge port.
Adjusting the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotor
frame can achieve the purpose of changing the size and shape of the
material.
