Product description

Decanter centrifuge is a horizontal centrifuge with automatic continuous feeding discharging. The settling speed of bowl and screw is determined by the feed material condition, such as particle size, particle shape, the difference in density between solids and liquids as well as their viscosity. The speed of bowl and screw will be adjusted by the VFD through the double motors speed adjustment.

HUADING LW series decanter centrifuge has been widely applied in the fruit juice industry, no matter the turbid juice and clear juice. The decanter centrifuge adapt double motor driving, the bowl and screw are driven by two variable frequency motors and two frequency converters. This type decanter centrifuge has the advantages to treat the materials without a constant solid content and those having strict requirements for the water content of discharged solids. The decanter centrifuge can be used to treat the feed with solid phase particles size of 0.005-3mm and solid content of 0.5-50%

5. Multiple safety protection: bowl speed and differential speed detection, over-vibration protection, motor overload and overheat protection, bearing temperature monitoring, conveyor torque protection and gas-tight explosion-proof protection
