Jiaxing Dexun Co., Ltd. was established in 1997, origin from Taiwan, we are professional manufacturer and exporter integrated with design, research & development, manufacturing and sales of OEM/ODM stamping parts,deep drawing parts, standard welding fasteners and non-standard welding fasteners.

* Located in jiaxing city, only about 1 hour's drive from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Suzhou, these important cities, the transportation is very convenient.

* 2 mature mould development workshops with advanced equipment to develop mould for customers.

* 2 International approvals,Verify & certificate in accordance with ISO9001,IATF16949, work with SGS, operate the PPAP Level 3.

* 2 labs of quality inspection,Control products quality strictly; equipped with various quality testing machines including direct-reading spectrometers, tensile testing machines, CMM machine, X-ray flaw detection instrument.

* 2 quenching and tempering heat treatment lines.

* 2 automatic welding lines.

* 4 Powder coating & Painting lines, Plating lines

* 42 people professional R&D team : 30 special technicians and 12 senior engineers.

* 100 sets of automatic production machines: Have 10 sets of automatic stamping & deep drawing equipments, 50 cold forming machines; 40 tooth grinding machines ,equipped with Japan, Germany,etc imported machines.

Every new staff will have environment protection training class. All staffs have environment protection knowledge and policy lecture every month. All the operation manual will marked out environment protection requirements.
