Description

Welding nut is a kind of nut suitable for welding outside the nut. It is generally made of weldable material and is thicker and suitable for welding. Welding is equivalent to turning two separate parts into a whole, melting the metal at high temperature and mixing it. The anti-loosening and anti-drop screw is a special technology that permanently attaches special engineering plastics to the threads, so that during the tightening process of the inner and outer threads, the engineering plastics are squeezed to generate a strong reaction force, which greatly increases the difference between the inner and outer threads. The friction force between the screws provides absolute resistance to vibration. Different from the previous back-stop method, it relies on the friction force generated by the pressure after the screw is tightened to stop the back-off. Once the screw is slightly loose, the pressure is reduced. The friction force disappears quickly and loses the anti-return effect, so that the screw loosens. Because this special engineering plastic has strong elasticity and memory ability, it can be disassembled 5 to 50 times repeatedly, and the anti-loosening function is still lasting. Because this anti-loosening engineering plastic is environmentally friendly, lightweight, and can be disassembled repeatedly, it has become the most reliable anti-loosening screw product today.
