Description

Welding nut is the material (same or different) of the workpiece to be welded. It is by heating or pressurizing or both, and with or without filling material, the material of the workpiece can reach the atomic construction and form a permanent connection.

Laser cleaning
The high-energy laser beam is used to irradiate the surface of the workpiece, so that the dirt, rust spots or coating on the surface will evaporate or peel off instantaneously, and the pollutants or coating on the surface can be effectively removed at a high speed. Laser cleaning is dry cleaning, no organic solvents, no waste liquid discharge, less residue, no environmental pollution, and can effectively remove sub-micron particles adsorbed on the surface that are difficult to remove by other methods. The technology has high flexibility, good controllability, easy selection and positioning and precise cleaning, and easy remote remote cleaning of hard-to-reach or dangerous places.
There are generally 4 laser cleaning methods:
①Laser dry cleaning method, which uses pulsed laser direct radiation to decontaminate;
②Laser + liquid film method, that is, first deposit a layer of liquid film on the surface of the substrate, and then use laser to explode and decontaminate the liquid film;
③Laser + inert gas method, that is, while the laser is irradiated, the inert gas is blown to the surface of the workpiece. When the dirt is peeled from the surface, it will be blown away from the surface by the gas to avoid re-contamination and oxidation of the cleaned surface;
④After loosening the dirt with laser, use non-corrosive chemical method to decontaminate.
