Description

Welding pin is a kind of high-strength rigid connection fasteners. Welding pins are cylindrical heads for arc stud welding, which is short for Cheese head studs for arc stud welding. The specifications of welding pins are nominal diameter Ф10～Ф25mm. The length is 40～300 mm. Welding pins have the manufacturer's identification mark made by embossing on the top surface of the head, and the welding pins have a wide range of uses.

Electroplated copper is used for casting molds, nickel plating, chrome plating, silver plating and gold plating,
Repair worn parts to prevent local carburization and improve conductivity. Divided into two methods: alkaline copper plating and acid copper plating. Usually in order to obtain a thinner, fine and smooth copper coating.

The steel and other parts with oil rust removed from the surface are used as the cathode, and the pure copper plate is used as the anode. Hang it in an alkaline electroplating solution containing cuprous cyanide, sodium cyanide and sodium carbonate for alkaline (cyanide) copper plating .
In order to obtain a thicker copper plating layer, the plated parts must first be subjected to alkaline copper plating, and then placed in an electrolyte containing copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, and sulfuric acid for acid copper plating.

Copper plating gives the metal surface a beautiful gloss, prevents rust, and prevents wear; improves conductivity, lubricity, strength, heat resistance, and weather resistance; heat treatment to prevent carburization and nitridation; size or wear parts repair.
