Product Description
The fixed stationary spot welding machine mainly consists of the
body, welding pressure mechanism, transformer, upper and lower
projection welding platforms (special projection welding machine),
upper and lower welding arm bodies (special spot welding machine),
air circuit (pressure) system, water circuit (cooling) system,
controller, and foot switch. The DTN series fixed point projection
spot welding machine is a dual purpose welding machine produced by
our company, mainly used for welding low-carbon steel, stainless
steel, and some non-ferrous metals. It can also achieve welding
between plates, between plates and projection welding nuts and
bolts.

Features
1. Body: Made of steel plates that are bent and welded as a whole, with good rigidity, high strength, reasonable structure, and beautiful appearance.
2. Welding pressure mechanism: Adopting ADK components, reliable and stable quality; The cylinder adopts an aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, with a wear-resistant surface and long service life; The working stroke is adjustable, using linear guide rails for guidance, with high accuracy and long service life.
3. Welding transformer: The welding transformer is a three-phase shell type, vacuum epoxy resin sealed, with the primary coil being a disc winding and the secondary coil being a specially made rectangular tube that also serves as a water cooling device.
4. Components: The projection welding machine consists of an upper and lower projection welding platform, electrode holder, and projection welding electrode head. Water is supplied internally to achieve sufficient cooling of the electrode head. The upper and lower projection welding platforms are connected to the secondary of the welding transformer with soft copper strips to form a welding current path. Users can prepare various forms of projection welding electrodes according to different requirements of projection welding workpieces to achieve projection welding function.
