Advantages

Working Principle
Install the workpiece: the rear positioning block and the right positioning block are used as the reference positioning block. To adjust, the motor zero point needs to be corrected. Other positioning blocks can be adjusted close to the workpiece. The side floating positioning block clamps the framework of the workpiece and the panel together to avoid the displacement of the welding spot. (The manual clamping screw fixes the workpiece on the side floating positioning block).
Welding: after the start (automatic) switch is pressed, the program automatically controls the action of the equipment to complete the product until the stop button is pressed.
Operations After Use
After use every day, the following operations shall be carried out in order to ensure the long-term safe operation of the welding machine
- Press the stop button first, then the power switch (the power indicator is off).
- Press the white button under the water filter to drain the water stored inside.
- Turn off the air source. If the lubricating oil in the oil mist atomizer is too small and lower than the minimum scale, add lubricating oil to the oil mist atomizer (the lubricating oil must be suitable for the cylinder, and the oil mist atomizer shall be installed as required by the customer).
- Turn off the cooling water source.
Notes: when the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃ in winter, after the welding machine is used, the water in the cooling water pipe shall be drained and the residual water in the cooling water pipe shall be blown with compressed air to prevent the pipe from freezing and cracking.
