Working principle of fish and shrimp color sorter:

The shrimps enter the machine from the hopper at the top. Through the vibration of the vibrator device, the shrimps slide down the channel, accelerate the fall, enter the observation area in the sorting room, and pass between the sensor and the background plate. Under the action of the light source, according to the light intensity and color change, the system generates an output signal to drive the solenoid valve to work, blow out different color particles to the waste cavity of the receiving hopper, and the good shrimp continue to fall to the finished product cavity of the receiving hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of selection.
