E450 BR PLATE is a steel plate that is often used in the building of bridges. This steel plate provides a superb balance of strength, weldability, and formability. Because of its medium yield point, it is more resistant to fracture propagation than grades with higher yield points, such as A516 or A572. Furthermore, because of its tensile strength, it can withstand the impacts of tension loading from cars traveling across bridges or other structures made of this material.
