Shuttle Introduction:
In radio shuttle racking warehouse,each aisle is provided with a specially designed guide rail for the shuttle cart running.The shuttle cart is operated on the guide rail,using the lifting plate and positioning senso and the photoelectric sensor can accurately identify the pallet positon and storage gap to access goods.The advanced controller program ensures the reliability of the system.Selecting the operation mode you need,each cargo will be transported to the corresponding storage location,and the stored in turn.The access to the cargo can be easily operated by the forklit through wireless remote control.
The Pallet Shuttle is a high-density compact storage solution that uses powered shuttles to automatically carry loads into the rack. The pallet shuttles are remotely controlled by an operator. Hence, there is an optimum use of storage space and workplace accident rates are also reduced.
