Medium duty rack/shelf belongs to warehouse storage racking systems.It can be adjusted by each 50mm,and the load capacity can be reach 200~500kg.The beam is "P" type beam,whose height mataches with that of the layer board.

Main and sub frame / Saves cost save space
The main frame has two columns frames, which can be used independently,add on rack cannot be used alone, which must be used with the main rack.

Shelving Board / Reinforcement Ribs
The spot-welded reinforcing ribs at the bottom of the shelf board increase the focus of the laminate and prevent the shelf board being deformed and make it much stronger.

Trapezoidal support
Diagonal bracing is added to the shelf, which conforms to the mechanical theorem and ensures stable load-bearing.

Upright Frame Design
The upright frame are designed with butterfly holes and are connected to the buckles on the beam pendants, which saves time and effort during installation and is easy to disassemble.The shelf layer height can be adjusted according to customer's needs.

Assembled column piece
Our upright frames are assembled with bolts instead of welding, which can fit in more qty in the shipping container and save the shipping freight.
