Mezzanine Racking

The Mezzanine Rack System is an efficient storage solution designed to maximize vertical space by creating multiple tiers within a warehouse. This system integrates racking and a mezzanine platform to provide additional storage or workspace, making it ideal for medium to large warehouses, factories, and distribution centers.
The warehouse mezzanine floor rack is to build a mezzanine on the existing work site or shelf to increase the storage space. It can be used as a two- or three-layer mezzanine. It is suitable for storing and storing light and small and medium-sized goods,suitable for multi-variety large quantities or multi-variety small quantities of goods, and manual storage and retrieval of goods.
The goods are usually delivered to the second and third floors by forklifts, hydraulic elevators or freight elevators, and then delivered to a certain location by light trolleys or hydraulic pallet trucks.

To comprehensively ensure the safety and stability of our mezzanine shelving systems and to provide you with confidence and convenience when using our shelving, we have deliberately incorporated the following safety accessories into the shelving design:

Flooring: Hole Patterns: Available in Type II elongated holes and circular holes. Hole design complies with fire safety requirements of all countries.
Self-Drilling Bolts and Safety Latches: High-quality Self-Drilling Bolts and reinforced safety latches enhance the connection between the floor panels and angle steel, reducing any shaking at the joints. These multiple safeguards ensure a more secure
connection of the floor panels.
Staircases: Reinforced and Thickened Non-slip Tread Plates: Featuring thicker anti-slip tread plates and elevated handrails on both sides to prevent personnel from slipping or stepping into empty spaces, ensuring a confident and safe usage experience.
Back Nets: Thickened Wire and Enhanced Hole Design: Designed with thicker wires and denser holes to prevent smaller-sized items from falling through, guaranteeing the safety of your personnel.
Aisle Braces: Aisle braces are installed beneath every aisle, reinforcing the aisles and ensuring the overall stability of the mezzanine shelving system.
Guardrails: Three Thickened Guardrails on Each Side: Each side is equipped with three sturdy guardrails (1.5mm thick) to ensure the safety of personnel.
Loading Ports: Equipped with double doors for easy access by forklifts and to ensure the safety of operators.
Edge Seals: Positioned at the bottom of the floor panels and guardrails to prevent goods from rolling off the floor panels,further ensuring the safety of personnel.

Structural Principles​

Mezzanine rack consists of the following components:
Upright: The Upright primarily functions to provide support and bear loads, and is made of high-quality Q235 cold-rolled steel,formed through bending and punching. It can support a load of up to 1000kg per square meter.
Beam: High-quality cold-rolled steel is used to connect the columns and create space for storing goods. The height of the beams can be adjusted accordingly, based on the hole distances on the columns, which are typically set at 50mm or 75mm.
Flooring: Strong load-bearing checkered steel plates or perforated plates are used to connect two bays of the shelving,providing walkways for manual access to goods.
Shelf Board: Made from high-quality Q235 steel, these are installed on the beams of the shelving to support goods. Each shelf can bear a maximum load of 500kg.
Back Net: Typically installed at the rear of the upper shelving to prevent goods from falling and reduce the risk of personnel being struck by falling items.
Guardrail: Installed around the perimeter of the upper shelving, with three guardrails on each side, significantly enhancing the safety of personnel.
Staircase: Comprising of step boards and handrails, it is bolted securely onto the floor panel, facilitating the movement of personnel up and down the Steel mezzanines.
Unloading Port: Usually positioned at the guardrail locations, facilitating the access of forklifts to heavy goods.
