70g sky blue soft and comfortable 100% polyester warp knitted mattress fabric
Polyester belongs to polyester fiber fabric, which has the characteristics of strong and durable, good elasticity, not easy to deform, corrosion resistance, insulation, straightness, easy washing and quick drying
1. Choose neutral washing products, gently knead and wash, do not rub and wash with force, do not wash with hard brush, and do not twist and twist vigorously
2. Do not soak in hot water when washing to avoid protein dirt solidification residue and yellow stain after long-term storage
3. Polyester fabric has high strength and elastic recovery ability, so it is firm and durable, wrinkle resistant and iron free.
4. It is easy to dry after washing, and the wet strength hardly decreases and does not deform. It has good washability and wearability.
5. Polyester warp knitted fabric has high strength. The short fiber strength is 2.6 ~ 5.7cn/dtex, and the high strength fiber is 5.6 ~ 8.0cn/dtex. Because of its low hygroscopicity, its wet strength is basically the same as its dry strength. The impact strength is 4 times higher than that of nylon and 20 times higher than that of viscose fiber.
6. Polyester warp knitted fabric has good elasticity. When the elasticity is close to that of wool, it can be almost completely restored when the elongation is 5% ~ 6%. Crease resistance is superior to other fibers, that is, the fabric does not wrinkle and has good dimensional stability. The elastic modulus is 22 ~ 141cn / dtex, which is 2 ~ 3 times higher than that of nylon.
