Four seasons universal 100% polyester soft and comfortable warp knitted mattress fabric
Fundamentally speaking, warp knitting is a processing system for producing flat fabric. The fabric produced will have straight sides. Its production speed is fast and its output is large. We can classify according to the equipment used and the characteristics of the fabric
Polyester yarn dyed knitted fabric: the fabric has bright color, beautiful appearance, harmonious color matching, compact and thick texture, clear texture and strong sense of wool type, which is similar to the Tweed style of wool fabric
1. Good light resistance. Light resistance is second only to acrylic fiber.
2. Polyester warp knitted fabric has good elasticity. When the elasticity is close to that of wool, it can be almost completely restored when the elongation is 5% ~ 6%. Crease resistance is superior to other fibers, that is, the fabric does not wrinkle and has good dimensional stability. The elastic modulus is 22 ~ 141cn / dtex, which is 2 ~ 3 times higher than that of nylon.
3. Warp knitted fabric has good anti separation. It can use different structures to reduce the coil separation caused by broken yarn and holes in weft knitted fabrics.
4. Warp knitted fabrics can use yarns of different thicknesses for different weft lining weaving, so they can form different forms of mesh organization, and the pattern transformation is simple, so almost all fabric organizations can be woven.
