12 Core GYTS04 Anti-Termite Outdoor Fiber Optic Cable Metallic Strength Member Layer Filling Loose Tube Steel PE Sheath
Description:
The structure of the optical cable is to insert a 250 μm optical
fiber into a loose tube made of a high modulus material, and the
loose tube is filled with a waterproof compound. The center of the
core is a metal phosphating steel reinforcing core. The structure
needs to be in the outer layer of the MDPE material. The casing is
twisted around the center reinforcing core to form a compact and
round core. The gap in the core is filled with water. Fill or wrap
the water-blocking tape, wrap the wrinkle double-coated plastic
strip, and then extrude the HDPE protective cover and then coat a
layer of PA12 nylon sheath to form a cable.
Features:
1. Specially designed compact cable structure to meet mechanical
properties such as cable stretching and flattening;
2. The loose tube material has good hydrolysis resistance and high
strength, and fully protects the optical fiber in the cable;
3, using wrinkle double-sided plastic coated steel belt and HDPE
sheathed cable, to meet the direct buried in the soil construction;
4. The outermost layer of PA12 nylon sheath effectively prevents
the bites of ants and mice, ensures the safe use of the cable in
certain occasions, does not damage the cable, and is an effective
environmentally-friendly anti-ant and anti-rat protection measure;
5. Full cable core filling measures are taken to ensure the
waterproof performance of the cable after it is buried.
