Working principle:
The solar tracker uses high-precision astronomy algorithm to
calculate the angle of the sun,
combined with high-performance microcontroller (DSP core), making
the system accurate
and reliable, not rainy days interference,using international
first-line brand tilt sensor, real-time
closed-loop feedback tracking angle, automatic tracking, without
human intervention.
Functions:
1. Manual mode: The tracking angle can be manually adjusted, and
the tracker panel reserves the indicator light indicating the
running, stopping, and night return status of the power station.
2. Power-off memory: There is a backup battery inside the system,
which can ensure that the system power-off data is not lost, and
automatically enters the running state after power-on.
3. High power generation: The self-developed back tracking
algorithm further improves power generation efficiency, ensures
that the panel is always working in a non-shadow state, and
increases the power generation of the panel and prolongs its
service life.
4. High precision: The tracking system uses a high-precision
astronomical algorithm to calculate the sun angle. Combined with a
high-performance microcontroller (DSP core), the system calculates
the position accurately and reliably, and can adapt to various
operating environments without interference from rainy days.
5. High reliability: The system design is multi-channel
communication and input and output isolated power supply. It can
handle freely in the photovoltaic area with serious electromagnetic
interference. Its excellent electromagnetic compatibility design
ensures high reliability operation of the system.
6. Intelligent wind resistance: It is automatically leveled to the
initial position at night. At the same time, the system has a wind
load protection interface and supports an external wind speed
sensor, which can control the system to enter the maximum wind
resistance state of the machine at any time.
7. Intelligent feedback: use the international first-line brand
inclination sensor, real-time closed-loop feedback bracket tracking
angle, fully automatic tracking, no manual intervention.
8. Strong weather resistance: The system uses industrial grade
chips and aerospace-grade clock sources to ensure safe and stable
operation of the equipment in the range of -40 to +70 degrees
without cumulative error.
