Descriptions of Induction Brazing Machine:
High frequency induction heating for brazing is clean and rapid, giving close control of temperature and location of heat. Heat is created by a rapidly alternating current which is induced into the workpiece by an adjacent coil.
Brazing, process for joining two pieces of metal that involves the application of heat and the addition of a filler metal. This filler metal, which has a lower melting point than the metals to be joined, is either pre-placed or fed into the joint as the parts are heated.
Technical parameters of induction heating machine:
Item Model | GP-60 |
Rated Voltage(V) | 380V/50Hz |
Input Power(kVA) | 5~60 |
Input Oscillation Frequency(kHz) | 30~60 |
Load Duration | 100% |
Cooling Water Pressure(Mpa) | 0.15~0.3 |
Output Water Flow(L/Min) | 25~35 |
Advantages of brazing machine:
1. Brazing is used to bond a variety of metals, dissimilar metals
and even non-metals (e.g., metalized ceramics).
2. Component tolerances maintained more accurately than welding.
Brazing does not melt the base metal; it allows a much stricter
control of the tolerances.
3. They produced a clean joint; the completed joint requires little
or no finishing. It is profitable because it does not require an
expensive secondary operation.
4. Corrosion resistance joints obtained by this method.
5. Brazing preserves metallurgical characteristics of material
because low temperatures.
6. There is no arc or spark. The uniform heating of a welding part
in the brazing process helps to minimize thermal distortion.
7. Thin sheets and pipes that cannot be joined by welding can be joined by brazing.
8. Provide excellent sealing as compared to spot welding, riveting
and bolt fastening.
9. Brazing processes can be easy to automate for bulk production.
