◎ Introduction

Acrylic transparent overcoat powder coating series is based on acrylic resin and saturated aliphatic diacid curing agent as the main base materials and can be used for electrostatic spraying of thermosetting transparent powder coatings. ◎Coating Parameter
Spraying Method: Electrostatic spraying.
Preheating Temperature: The workpiece can be preheated according to the workpiece condition and coating requirements.
Curing Conditions: It is recommended to bake at 180°C for 10min after spraying at room temperature, and customers can adjust it according to the site conditions.
◎Precautions
The particle size of the powder corresponding to different coating methods will be different, please make a request in advance.
Different spray thickness will affect color, gloss, appearance, etc.
There is a difference between the laboratory sample and the production line coating plate, and the customer needs to adjust the spraying parameters to meet the requirements.
