Outstanding Chemical Resistance, ISO90001 Grey Matte Wheel Powder Coating
◎Introduction
Powder coatings have been used in the automotive field since the early 1970s. With the rapid growth of cars in recent years, powder coatings for aluminum wheels have developed rapidly.
As far as the current market application of aluminum wheel powder coatings is mainly wheel base powder and cover light-transmitting powder. The wheel base powder is mainly epoxy type, epoxy-polyester mixed type, pure polyester type, etc. The base powder is mainly divided into high gloss, flat and matte in terms of gloss.
The first is to improve its corrosion resistance and prolong its service life by coating the base powder on the aluminum wheel hub, and the second is to improve its appearance and decoration.
The wheel base powder coating developed by KINTE has high leveling and good breathability. It is suitable for curing at 180°C, which can greatly reduce the energy consumption and production cost of manufacturers. This product has good physical properties and chemical resistance and can meet the requirements of various wheel manufacturers for high leveling, low baking temperature, good chemical resistance, and excellent physical properties.
◎Advantages
Excellent leveling effect
