Pillow cusion toy polyester fiber automatic filling machine with weighing system

Features:


Mainly applicable to open 0.9D-15D,32-64mm chemical fiber to fill into pillow cushion and other products. ZXJ-380-A is the third generation Pillow Filling Machine produced in our company, and is developed firstly in China . It overcomes the disadvantage of low output and big error in fixing quantity.


Operating principle

Feed the fiber evenly to opening machine,the fiber is opened and blew through pipes to a silo by a fan.

There’re photo-switches on the silo, when the fiber inside is full, the opening machine will stop automatically.

Then the fiber drops down from silo and blew again by a fan to filling nozzle, then be blew to pillow case.

There’re two filling nozzles which work in turn. When one is working, you can cover pillow case on the other. The clamps on nozzles are controlled by foot switch.

There’re two worktables close to the nozzles, which can flap the pillow during filling in order to make filling even.
