Special negative pressure valve for fan:
RF50/RF80/RF100 is a series of products developed by our factory
according to specific working conditions and parameters.It has the
characteristics of sensitive action, simple debugging, large
displacement, small size and no medium discharge reaction force,
and can more effectively protect the safety of fans and equipment.
The special negative pressure valve RF50/RF80/RF100 for the fan
will automatically open to release part of the pressure if it
exceeds the design pressure when the fan is running. During the use of the three-leaf Roots blower, the parameters of
the pressure relief valve should be adjusted at any time according
to the different protection containers and pipelines, which are
often encountered when setting and adjusting the parameters of the
pressure relief valve
Adjustment of special negative pressure valve RF50/RF80/RF100 for
fan:
1. Before leaving the factory, the opening pressure of the pressure
relief valve should be adjusted one by one to the setting value
required by the user.
2. Before installing the pressure relief valve on the protected
equipment or before installation, the user must readjust it at the
installation site according to the pressure of the famous brand to
ensure that the set pressure value of the pressure relief valve
meets the requirements. In specific operation, loosen the lock nut
first after starting the fan, and rotate the adjusting lever
counterclockwise until air is exhausted from the pressure relief
valve. In the process of tightening the valve, if the pressure relief
valve has discharged air before reaching the set pressure, turn the
adjusting lever counterclockwise again until the air is no longer
discharged, and finally tighten the locking nut.
3. Before rotating the adjusting screw, the inlet pressure of the
valve should be reduced to less than 90% of the opening pressure to
prevent the disc from being driven to rotate when rotating the
adjusting screw, so as to damage the sealing surface.
4. In order to ensure the accuracy of the opening pressure value,
the medium conditions during adjustment, such as medium type and
temperature, should be as close as possible to the actual operating
conditions. When the working temperature rises, the opening pressure generally
decreases.
5. Conventional pressure relief valves are used to fix additional
back pressure. When the opening pressure is adjusted after
inspection (the back pressure is atmospheric pressure at this
time), its setting value should be the required opening pressure
value minus the additional back pressure value.
