Product Description

Portal crane, referred to as portal crane, is a loading and unloading equipment widely used in ports and shipyards. It is mainly used for loading and unloading of bulk cargo, containers and other materials.
1. Constant power operation: under light load, it can run at double speed to improve work efficiency;

3. Automatic bucket opening and closing function: real-time detection of opening and closing, supporting wire rope position, automatic calculation of speed curve when opening and closing bucket, and rapid and accurate control of bucket shape;
4. Automatic sinking and grabbing function: the grab crane enters the sinking and grabbing mode according to the main command signal. At this time, the opening and closing is in the speed mode, and the support is in the torque mode. The grab automatically sinks to ensure the grabbing of materials;
5. Position synchronization: the grab crane is raised and lowered at the same time to track the relative position of the two machines in real time, correct the deviation, and ensure synchronization;
6. Moment balance: When the grab bucket is hoisted and closed, the torque of the two machines is dynamically distributed to ensure the balance of force;
