Product Description

Small tonnage yacht cranes are generally used for lifting small speedboats, sailing yachts and yachts. The general stringer of small boats consists of two movable hanging points and two fixed hanging points. Small tonnage ship lifting operation is very easy, the sling sinks, the ship enters the dock, the four lifting points and two slings are lifted together, and the four lifting points can be individually controlled to adjust the inclination of the ship. And the yacht crane with small tonnage is faster than the one with large tonnage.

• 1. For the crane traveling, this crane can move in diagonal direction, this boat and yacht handling crane also can steer in 90 degree and put the boat in any designated position according to requirements.

• 2. This crane can be adjusted the width of the main girder according to the boat in case to handling different side boat.

• 3. This yacht handling crane is of low expense, high performance, easy to operate and maintenance and so on. 4. Low cost on the daily operation, it adopts the soft and firm belt to ensure there is no harm to the boat when hoisting.

Environmental Conditions

1. The power source is three-phase alternating current,rated frequency is 50HZ,rated voltage is 380V.
2. The working environment temperature ranges from -20℃ to +45℃ and the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew).
3. In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.
4. The working class is A6-A7.
5. The gradient of crane traveling floor should be less than 1% and part of that should be no more than 3%.
6. The crane which has the special requirement for working conditions, can be manufactured following the contracts.
