When the screw-type ship unloader works, the reclaimer head is inserted into the material pile in the ship holder. On the one hand, the reverse rotary reclaimer supplies the materials to the vertical arm screw conveyor, on the other hand, it prevents the materials from being thrown out due to the centrifugal force generated by the rapid acceleration along the circumferential direction after entering the conveying pipe. After being lifted, the materials entering the vertical arm screw conveyor are transferred to the horizontal arm screw conveyor through the discharge port, then transported to the transfer funnel at the rotation center, and then transferred to the leading edge belt conveyor parallel to the wharf through the gantry screw conveyor. The screw ship unloader uses the reclaiming device to loosen and excavate automatically, and uses the gantry walking, body rotation, pitch hydraulic cylinder, and swing hydraulic cylinder to make the machine head reach all positions in the cabin, to ensure the continuous flow of materials in the ship unloader conveying system with high filling rate. The conveying mode of materials on the wharf can be determined according to the specific requirements of the loading and unloading process, and the materials can be sent to the storage yard or silo for temporary storage through the belt conveyor system; It can be loaded directly through the loading funnel; The material can also be sent to the ship loader barge by belt conveyor.
