RV-D.QC Self-Cleaning Sanitary Rotary Valve

The housing and side cover material can be stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316, stainless steel 304L,Stainless steel 316L.

Blades can be 6 blades, 10 blades, 12 blades.

Impeller type: closed rotor, round tooth rotor, small round bottom rotor, adjustable and replaceable rotor

The rotor wear-resistant tip can be replaced

The inside of the housing can be hardened by electroplating chromium and is lined with a carbide wear-resistant layer,etc

The shaft seal adopts air-sealed cargo sealing ring as required

Self-Cleaning Sanitary Rotary Valve, it is mainly used in food and medical systems where the hygiene requirements are high. It is also used for frequent material replacement to avoid cross-contamination of supply and discharge in the system. It’s convenient in operation, easy to achieve quick cleaning without dead ends.

Packaging & Delivery

Apart from the standard rotary valves we have in stock, our rotary valves generally need 40-45 days to finish.

We will use plywood case to pack, which can avoid the fumigation.
