It is installed in the bottom of the door leaf, when the door is closed, the sealing strips is press down the ground automatically to seal the gap between the bottom of the door and the ground, when the door is open, the sealing strips will automatically retract from the ground and will not affect the open and close of the door, and will not damage the ground, the hidden installation does not affect the appearance of the door, after installing the door bottom seals, it can effectively prevent dust, insects, hot and cold air, noise, and light entering through the door bottom gap, indoors, to protect the indoor environment, it is an excellent accessory product for hotels, markets, and industrial doos.

Features:

A. BH-M001 be used for wind-proof, dust proof and keeping bugs outside.

When the door opened, the hermetic seal will rise up and leave the floor.

When the door closed, the frame presses the nut at the end of seal, it will fall down to floor tightly.
B. Properly distance between door and floor :3-14mm
C. Length: 1000mm ( could be cut to 900mm). Special size is available.
D. Material :the rubber which is acid-proof, alkali-proof, cold-proof, hight-temperature endurable and anti-aging.

Installation instruction:

Step 1. Make sure the install direction. The end with copper bolt is near to the frame with hinges and the hermetic seal face to floor.
Step 2. Make sure the bottom seal length can fit the door:
The length of BH-M001 bottom seal should be 3-5mm shorter than width of the door if need to make the side plates implant of the door leaf. If not, the length should be same as the door width.
Step3. According to the frame and door size, cut the end without copper bolt to get the proper length.
Step4. Adjust : After installation. Open the door and turn on the copper bolt out or in to adjust the drop down parts to touch the floor slightly when the door closed.

Note: if there are too few ejections, the sealing effect cannot be reached; If there are too many ejections, it is easy to scratch with the floor and damaged the seals when closing the door, so it needs to be repeatedly adjusted to achieve the best sealing effect.
