Installation method: It is very easy to install, clear the door surface (where need to sticker the door seals) with the dry dishrag, pear the released yellow paper, and then sticker the seals on the door surface, make the soft PVC part touch the floor slightly.

Also, you can sticker it on anyway you want to used it, like the cabinet, table edge or other place, it can be cutted by sharp scissors to fit the length you request.
