Xi'an Shendian manufactures high voltage charging resistor since 2009. The resistor is made with high performance ceramic resistor disks. The ceramic resistor disk will be installed into insulate bushing(porcelain or polymer) which offer completed protection to the elements. Therefore, our resistor products can operate reliably for long lifecycle. Furthermore, the ceramic resistor, which widely applied in EHV switch closing resistor, has high energy capacity, high voltage withstand and low inductance, compared to metal resistor. Now Shendian has been recognized as the number 1 supplier of the start resistor in China, for HV application.

We have experienced technical team to handle the enquiry and offer technical reasonable and cost effective solution. Currently, we have been informed to win the contract to build Start Resistors for 2nd China wind power HVDC project in Yangjiang, Guangdong province. More and more international customers have been convinced to choose Shendian as the HVDC resistor supplier.
