1. Frame

The frame structure of the trolley is a box type structure welded integrally by longitudinal beam, several cross beams and worktable cover plate. This structure is paired with the bearing seat on the wheel set to effectively reduce the height of the worktable and improve the stress on the frame. The worktable is provided with removable manhole, and four lifting holes or hooks are provided on both sides of the frame for hoisting and turning over. The longitudinal beam and cross beam of the frame are made of I-beam and channel steel of the same size, and the worktable panel is made of high-quality carbon steel plate. The frame strength is designed as 1.25 times of the rated load, so as to ensure that the frame will not deform under certain impact

2. Drive unit

XQ series DC traction motor is adopted for this series of electric flatbed truck. This series of motor has wide speed regulation range, smooth speed regulation characteristics, strong overload capacity, large starting and braking torque, small energy loss during speed regulation, easy control and high reliability. The reducer adopts the heavy standard of the lifting and transportation industry, and is dedicated to the hard tooth flat car. It has compact structure, high reliability, good universality, and convenient installation and maintenance. All gears are made by carburizing, quenching and grinding.

3. Wheel set

The wheels are special wheels for cranes, and the wheels are ZG55. The wheels are quenched integrally, the hardness of the wheel tread and the inner side of the wheel flange is HB320-380, and the depth is 20mm; The wheel axle is quenched and tempered with No. 45 steel, the bearing seat is ZG45, and the bearing is centripetal roller bearing. The axial automatic micro centering of the bearing can eliminate and overcome the elastic deformation of the flat car under no-load and full load conditions and the deviation of the lateral parallelism of the track, ensure the balance of the flat car running on the track, and improve the service life. After the wheel is assembled, it can rotate flexibly.
