Magnetic Navigation AGV Trolley


The magnetic navigation AGV cart is equipped with an electromagnetic automatic navigation device, after finishing the computer-controlled programming.

AGV transfer cart can auto-follow the specified magnetic nail route, with the rechargeable battery as its power source, Magnetic nail is fixed on the floor along the pre-set driving path. Two sensors are installed symmetrically at both ends of the AGV cart, and 16 sensor points are installed on the sensors. The degree of deviation from the path is calculated by the change of the sensor points. The automatic control system can manage the AGV cart steering through this deviation, and the continuous dynamic closed-loop control system can ensure the AGV cart automatically and accurately follow the pre-set path.

To meet the needs of customers, Remarkable AGV can customize lifting, roller, weighing, and other devices. In this AGV trolley in order to meet the loading, unloading, and transportation of the experimental equipment, the rack lifting table is specially designed and configured. The hydraulic lifting support is installed at the four corners of the car body. When the loading of the experimental object is required, the rack will be lifted up, and the shelf will be lowered to facilitate the experiment.
