Description of 100-120kW Biogas Heat & Power Cogeneration

For the 100-120kW Biogas Heat & Power Cogeneration, the gas generator set continuous power is 150kW, rated voltage 400V, 50Hz, power factor 0.8.

The generator won’t be connected with national grid. Ambient temperature -30~50℃. Required gas supply pressure is 0.3-0.5MPa.

The steel canopy surface is coated with polyurethane which is wear-resisting and good looking. There are control cabinet and generator house in the canopy. One end of the canopy is for fuel pipes and the other for cables. Air inlet is equipped with dust-proof filter screen which will filter sands, catkin and mosquitoes.

Further, we can design the canopy dimensions to be a standard container for shipment convenience.

Gas generator, cooling system, lubricating system, ventilation system and heat recovery system are integrated.

Inter Cooler Water: Inter cooler water outlet temperature is around 50℃ which is not warm enough. In order to utilize inter cooler water, we let it into jacket water to utilize its energy.

High Temperature Jacket Water: Jacket water around 93℃ is led to heat exchanger as heat supply. User side water temperature can be set.

High Temperature Exhaust Gas: Jacket water is led to exhaust exchanger after coming from heat exchanger and absorb heat energy in in exhaust and it flows into engine. Tee-valve and radiator tank shall be installed to control the water temperature before entering engine (If heat is not fully utilized by user, the return water could be too warm for engine).

Hot Water Supply: After heating by high temperature flue gas, the hot water will heat user’s heat storage water tank or can be used for other purpose of hearing.

SinoTruck T10 gas engine is selected. The gas engine is deeply developed in fuel control systems to improve its electric efficiency, reliability and fuel adaptivity for certain working conditions.The development also give consideration for dynamic responsiveness, fuel economy, reliability and safety.

Proven gas engine is controlled by imported gas close-loop lean-burn control system which includes high energy ignition system, gas-exclusive speed regulator, fuel flow rate control valve, variable Venturi mixture. The system is also optimized by our company to achieve high reliability and efficiency.
