28V power supply, PAS acoustic emission sensor preamplifier with optional gain of 20/40/60 dB

Product description:


1.PAS AE preamplifier series are wideband -universal models, which can match with most common sensor models and AE acquisition cards for each factory;
2.Three gain gears to choose: 20/40/60dB;
3. Two input ways: sigle-ended/difference;
4.Two kinds of power supply modes: phantom power supply, the power supply is carried by the signal line; or direct power supply from external power supply;
5.Built-in filter, relevant frequency are divided to four gears ;
6.Be equipped with protection capacity against electric shock and recoverability anti-blocking phenomenon;
7.AST (Automatic sensor test) function, can send out test signal resource to the sensors ( under the condition of phantom power supply);
8. Metal shell, shield electromagnetic interference ,resist shock.


Interface function

Output terminal: amplified signal output, phantom power input

Power input: 24V—32V, 100mA DC input, positive inside and negative outside

Filter knob: the white scale corresponds to the reserved signal frequency band

Gain gear selection: the three gear positions correspond to 40dB (100 times), 20dB (10 times), and 60dB (1000 times) amplification respectively

Both differential input and single-ended input refer to the signal output type of the acoustic emission sensor, and the stay side of the input selection toggle switch is the currently selected interface

The input signals are all analog oscillating voltage signals

● The PAS preamplifier is a broadband universal type, which can be applied to most common types of sensors and acoustic emission acquisition cards from various manufacturers;
● The pre-amp gain has three options of 20/40/60dB;
● Two signal input methods, single-ended/differential;
● Two power supply modes are available: phantom power supply, which is carried and supplied by the signal line; or direct power supply from an external power supply.
● Built-in filter, the corresponding frequency is divided into 4 gears for selection;
● It has the ability to protect against electric shock and the ability to recover from blocking phenomenon;
● Automatic sensor test (AST) function, which can send out a test signal source to the sensor (in the case of phantom power supply);
● Metal shell, shielding electromagnetic interference, anti-shock.
