Introduction

Powerful sound-proof granulator is a new generation of high quality, high efficiency, low noise, environmental protection. The power of granulators ranges from 5 HP to 50 HP, which can be used for centralized crushing and beside-the-press crushing, suitable for crushing all kinds of plastic materials. Hopper adopts double sound isolation for reducing noise; optimal structure for easy operation; openable design for easy maintenance. Fully hermetic sound-proof design provides excellent working environment result in noise level between 75-90db under condition which measures it within one meter away from the machines.

• The power of granulators from 5HP-50HP can be beside-the press and collect all rejected parts to granulate together
• The material storage tank is made of stainless steel for easy cleaning, stainless steel suction spout is also available for option to work with below feeding system to achieve the effect of automatic collect crushing material.
• Motor overload protection device, emergency safety switch device.
• To be equipped with electrical phase controller, aviod any damage from motor reverse.
• Unique device with inside heat dispersion system, expel heat generated from electrical cabinet to prolong parts service life even under the fully hermetic machine
• Movable stainless feeding hopper and handle switch with optimal design are operation conveniently
• Easy disassembly design-feeding hopper, cutters and screener easily & fast dismantle for cleaning.
• Big size power granulators can be equipped with cooling water circulation system, the heat generated by the machine to the outside of machine, can reduce machine itself working temperature and avoid crushing material agglomerate.
• Small size power granulator is equipped with casters, easy to move; big size powerful granulators can be equipped with vibration pads to work smoothly.
• Optional equipped with cyclone dust collector, can effectively sperate dust.
