1, Description

Magnetic Separator is designed for small scale bio-experiment magnetic separation, specialized in antibody purification, immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation, cell sorting and nucleic acid isolation, etc.

2, Product Information

(1) Collect the bead suspension in a suitable container (such as a beaker) and use the magnetic bar with a clean magnetic sleeve to gently agitate the bead suspension so that the beads are magnetically adsorbed to the bar sleeve.

(2) Transfer the magnetic rod to a new container and slowly pull the magnet bar out. Stir the magnetic sleeve in the new solution to resuspend the beads in the new solution.

(3) Repeat the above operation until the original bead suspension is clear
