Qualified boiler steel pipe is made of high quality rolled plate, the reinspection after slitting or coil automatic forming and welding, at the same time of computer control optimal fusion temperature, clean up steel tube inside and outside burr, nondestructive testing of qualified steel tube in a few oxidation atmosphere whole heated to 910 ℃ to 950 ℃ degrees, descaling by the tension reducing mill multi-pass rolling, the steel microstructure and grain state throughout, geometric dimension and mechanical properties of full uniform.
Widely applied in the combustible and non combustible fluid pipeline and boiler, steel structure.

Standard seaworthy export packing:

3 layers of packing, inside is kraft paper, water plastic film is in the middle and outside GI steel sheet to be covered by steel strips with lock. Standard export packing or as customer's requirement. Grate care is taken to avoid any damage which might otherwise be caused during storage or transportation. In additon, clear labels are tagged on the outside of the packages for easy identification of the product I.D. and quality information.
