WalthMac gravimetric feeding system is installed on the plastic pipe/film extrusion line to control the raw materials extrusion inlet and finished product haul-off speed in real-time simultaneously. This in-and-out closed loop control system can strictly control the meter weight, pipeline/film thickness. Thus improve the quality level and machine stability significantly. The system suitable for all kinds of pipe extrusion machine.

By minimum wall thickness control and concentricity adjustment, the system can reduce the instability of inner wall thickness caused by fluctuation, to saving raw material.
