In order to meet the carbonization requirements of graphite anode materials, the long-term operating temperature of this furnace is 1200 ℃ and the rated temperature is 1300℃. The firing atmosphere in the furnace is 99.999% nitrogen. In terms of furnace material selection, the top bricks in the heating area are made of corundum, and the kiln roof and both sides of the kiln walls in the slow-cooling area are made of mullite. The cooling method adopts a combination of a stainless steel air cooling jacket + water cooling jacket. The air inlets are arranged at the bottom of the furnace in each temperature zone and the driving and heating parts are on both sides.
