How to use
According to its intended use, choose the most suitable FOREVER
PLUGGER and for filling material into root canals by means of
welding pressure.
Precautions for use
1. To prevent infection, please autoclave the product and make sure
to complete the sterilization before use.
2. Choose the most appropriate type for each case and follow the
general approach.
3. Before use, make sure that the instruments outside the oral
cavity are free from deformation, scratches and cracks.
4. The head of the product is thin, long or large, which may be
broken or twisted. Because of this, be sure to avoid unreasonable
angles and excessive pressure.
5. Wear safety glasses to protect your eyes from injury. Also, wear
a dust mask to prevent inhaling dust.
6. Tie a chain, string or other utensil to the hole in the handle
to prevent it from falling into the mouth.
7. Rubber dam or gauze should be used to prevent accidental
ingestion and aspiration. Patients at high risk of accidental
ingestion or aspiration should not be treated in a horizontal
position, but should be treated in a seated position whenever
possible.
8. Do not use this instrument for any purpose other than those
mentioned above.
9. For dentist use only.
10. Dispose of this product as medical waste.
11. If the product is damaged or contaminated, please discard it.
12. After use, wash with a medical cleaner and a brush, and then
wash away attached body fluids, tissues and other foreign objects.
13. When cleaning with an ultrasonic cleaner, please place the
product on the bracket to avoid aging of the cutting part.
14. Be extra careful when using this product to avoid stabbing your
fingers because it has sharp parts.
15. Avoid using unreasonable angles and excessive pressure.
16. This product may be corroded when it encounters NaOCl, EDTA,
etc. for a long time.
Storage and usage period
1. Avoid storing in places with high temperature, humidity and
direct sunlight. Keep away from liquids. Store it at room
temperature.
2. Do not damage or perforate the packaging material.
3. The product is subject to improvement without prior notice.
Inventory management implements the first-in first-out method.
4. Do not put it under a germicidal lamp to avoid deterioration.
Maintenance and Inspection
Sterilize this product by autoclaving according to the established
method and duration of each use.
Sterilization method:
Put this product into a sterilization bag (or aluminum foil), place
it on a sterilization tray or file rack, and perform autoclaving
according to the following clauses.
Sterilization terms:
term(1) Temperature: 121°C Time: over 20 minutes
term(2) Temperature: 126°C Time: over 15 minutes
2. Do not use an autoclave that heats over 200 degrees Celsius
including the drying process.
3. When using the instrument again, thoroughly clean and sterilize
the foreign matter.
4. Regarding the use of medical cleaning agents, please operate in
strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
5. If the product is damaged or its performance deteriorates,
please discard it.
