The MC34063ADRJR is a monolithic power management IC from ON Semiconductor. This device is a step-up, step-down, and inverting DC-DC converter with an internal power switch and oscillator. The device offers a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 42V and an adjustable output voltage from 1.3V to 37V. It also features an adjustable current limit, remote on/off, and a low shutdown current of 1µA. Other features include a programmable soft-start, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. This device is available in a 8-pin SOIC package and is RoHS compliant.
