The ADUM3301ARWZ-RL is a high performance, low power Isolator IC with a wide operating temperature range. It is designed for applications requiring isolation between two circuits. It provides 1500VRMS of galvanic isolation and a power supply operating range of 6.5 to 40V. The ADUM3301ARWZ-RL has a wide frequency range of up to 4MHz and a propagation delay of 4.5 ns typical. The IC also has a low power consumption of just 6 mW.
